These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bdik ("bdik", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your use of the bdik website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets and all associated services (collectively, "the Services"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the bdik platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with bdik's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the bdik website.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the bdik platform or any of its services. bdik reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

To register and use a bdik account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or playing games.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of a bdik employee or business partner.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended or had an account closed by bdik for any breach of these Terms.

bdik reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bdik's satisfaction. Players who provide false information in connection with their eligibility may have winnings voided and funds forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bdik account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms. bdik employs technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts and any such accounts discovered will be closed, with balances voided.

When registering your bdik account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk or Airtel), which will serve as your primary login identifier.
• Your date of birth, which bdik will use to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Your preferred payment method, which must be registered in your own name (third-party payment accounts are not permitted).

bdik accepts deposits exclusively through supported Bangladesh payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from another person's bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed.

The following deposit and withdrawal conditions apply to all bdik accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash and Nagad; ৳500 via bank transfer. bdik charges zero deposit fees on all supported methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during bdik's operational hours. Funds arrive in your bKash or Nagad wallet typically within the same business day for amounts under ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account, unless otherwise approved by bdik support for KYC-verified accounts.
• bdik reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation such as proof of identity and source of funds, prior to processing.

bdik does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All account balances are held and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdik is not responsible for any exchange rate losses, mobile banking fees charged by the Player's mobile wallet provider, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

bdik may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be communicated to players at the time the promotion is offered. In all cases, the following general bonus principles apply:

Bonuses are for recreational play only and are not a guaranteed source of profit. The following conditions govern all bdik promotional offers:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The rollover multiplier specific to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses credited to a bdik account expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the bonus terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited.
• bdik reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms or cancel a bonus already credited to an account if bdik has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including bonus-farming, collusion or exploitation of a technical error.
• A Player may only claim the bdik welcome bonus once. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Reload bonuses and other recurring promotions are subject to their own frequency limits.

bdik is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered bdik members at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Time-out: temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: permanently exclude yourself from bdik by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality checks: optional session duration reminders to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.

bdik reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• bdik has reasonable grounds to suspect the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing or any other illegal activity.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• A regulator, law enforcement body or financial institution instructs bdik to restrict or close the account.

Upon termination of an account for cause, bdik reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balances and to withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is not caused by Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the bdik platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of bdik or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdik platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the bdik platform.

The bdik name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of bdik. Unauthorised use of any bdik trademark, including in any domain name, meta tag, keyword advertising or social media handle, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bdik platform or its services, even if bdik has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdik's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdik's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bdik collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a bdik account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdik uses your data exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, detecting fraud, complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the bdik platform.

bdik does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification providers) solely to the extent necessary for the operation of your bdik account and the delivery of the Services. bdik reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdik will endeavour to notify registered Players by means of a notice on the bdik platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the bdik website unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the bdik platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the bdik platform immediately and, if you wish to close your account, contact bdik support at [email protected].

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and bdik, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bdik support at [email protected]. bdik will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
